Merger of Two assets

How do we merge two assets to make it a single asset? Is it possible in NAV

Make One asset a main and the other a component.

Are they already established assets with depreciation calculated or are they both new?

Ok then will you still treat them as seperate objects EG MAin and component or are they truly becoming one physical object that will not be seperated again?

I would recommend setting them up as main and component if they can be seperated as it makes it easier to account for when a component may be replaced.
