Order Planning Form UserID Filtering

Hi All,
I have 1 user calculate plan on Order Planning. But only that user can see the result.
I read the code on the form, and it purposely filter the User ID.
Can anyone help me why Navision filter the User ID ? and Whether it's okay to remove the UserID filtering on this form ?
