How to add online help.

Hi Folks,

I need to add some help text to the standard online help on some of the new fields that i created in a table. Is there any i can do this or should i use some external tool to do that.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Have you installed "Company Notes" feature?

once the fields are used in a form you can use the "ToolTip" function to enter an explanation of the field

with the Company Notes feature activated - you will have the Write New Company Note link in your help screens - as in the pic.

A tool developed in a navision Database will allow you to write online help with Word. The tool is not requiring Robohelp to compile the online help.
