Issue with report..

Fakerules

Their is a report which emails pdf files to the employers everything is working fine when I am running it using FIN but when I run it using FINSQL nothing happens..

Under ideal conditions it should attach the file to my microsoft outlook like it is doing it on local database..

Suggest something..

Just to confirm, since you are on NAV 2009 / 6.0, you are using the Classic Client, finsql.exe? Not using the Role Tailored Client?

Other than table locking and SIFT Indexes I don't know that there is any difference between the way code executes between the native and SQL clients. There's probably tons, though Not sure how PDFing a document and emailing it would behave differently between the two, though.

Have you gone through the debugger, step by step?
