Hello Experts,
Till now I was involved in the implementation of MS NAV and MS AX but, I am bit new to MS CRM implementation.
I have scenario, where we have a group companies in different industry verticals. we need to implement MS CRM company wise..... i.e. starting with Health and Trade industry and it will go up to Manufacturing industry at later stage....
I want to understand, what could be the best approach in this case? Also, does MS CRM have any Business Study document which can be helpful to me to start the understanding?
Please suggest.
