The Value of COPYSTR parameter 3 is outside the permitted range

4.03, SQL Server (I believe)

The client just had his computer crash and is trying to close the month. He has a new computer with NAV installed and when he tries to run any report, he gets the above error. I can logon his computer and print fine. He can log onto other computers and print fine. It appears that he is the only one who can't print on his computer. So I don't believe it's the Printer Selection table, however I'm going to check that.

Any other ideas? I can't find anything on Partnersource.

I've had this before, and if I remember correctly it was the printer selection table. Did you do a forum search? I'm almost 100% I've had a post on this before.

Thanks, I had searched the forum, but couldn't find it. It did end up being the Printer Selection Table though. He is up and running.
