Form-Restriction to particular user

Hi all,

Is it possible to restrict a form to be visible only to particular users.I know how to do it by placing that form in a separate menu.But this is the case of budgets form which is in financial management and i want to make it visible to certain users.

If it is possible ,please provide me the solution.

you should contact your partner. This is a fundamental part of the initial setup of Navision that they should have done with you when they installed the system.

You should contact your partner. Setting up security in Navision needs a solid understanding of all the objects that you will secure and how you will model security in your company. This is not something you can learn in five minutes.

The forums are a place to help and learn, it is not a replacement for paid support. If you need something urgent then you need to contact your partner.

u can create different role for user, and in role you can set (Read/Write/modify/delete/Execute) permissions No for this user.
