loss the connection of outlook

Hi,
When I click on outlook Links on role center in NAV 2009 RTC The connection get loss
This is the event viewer:
Type: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
ErrorCode: -2147220991
Message: The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.
StackTrace:
at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.NameSpaceClass.GetFolderFromID(String EntryIDFolder, Object EntryIDStore)
at Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.UI.WinForms.OutlookTodayHelper.IsFolderDeleted(String entryId)
