Outlook connection loss on RTC when clicking outlook folders

Hi Anyone,
When I click on some of the outlook link (Calendar ...)on RTC screen the outlook connection get loss.
It gives me an error 'RPC server is unavailable)
Have anyone had same sort of experiances.
