This is the slidedeck Scott Frappier and I used for our presentation at Directions USA 2009

Session abstract

"Upgrades are an integral part of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product family. Not only do they provide new features and functionality, but the allow for businesses to better utilize the NAV solution for increased efficiencies and work-flow optimizations. This session will focus on the tools required to successfully upgrade databases to future version of NAV, while retaining the customizations that you have created."
