Error while Reversal

Hi...

I am getting an error while Reversing a PDC entry.Error is as follows " You can only reverse entries that were posted from a journal".

The user was saying that he has reversed similar kind of entries previously.But this time he is getting this error.Can anyone help me with this

    To reverse that entry the simplest is to make a reversal entry manually :
    For instance:
    To reverse a Posted Invoice, go to Credit Memo, use the copy document function and post it, it's not so long to do.
    It's the only way I know, impossible to reverse a posted invoice, legally you cannot reverse something linked to a document (invoice, credit memos, etc..).

    "Similar kind of entry" was maybe an line posted from a journal but with "Document Type" = Invoice or Credit Memo.
