I dont think its easier to find that or whether navision mailing is available.
The company that i work for also experienced the same problem but what we basically do we export navision reports(such as invoices) to text files and we have a system in visual basic that we import the invoices and then mail it to customers..

Maybe u should try that if you cant find anything....
