Directions USA Day 1 - Tips and Tricks on NAV 2009 SP1

Today was the first day of Directions USA. After arriving yesterday at 5:30 pm local time I directly went to the welcoming reception. It was good to see everyone, especially since it was two years ago since I last visited the USA. The first session I went to was about Tips and Tricks on NAV 2009 SP1. Not very new for me but interesting anyway. It was mainly about the improvements in usability of SP1 compared to RTM which was blogged about a lot.
