Groping Customers

Hi all;

Is there any default grouping option for the customers in NAV?

- I want to see the amounts individualy or by the group

- I want to order the customer list with this option. I mean firts the group name and ordered down the customers within this group. Then another group etc..

- And the most imprtant; all the accounting entries must created for the group. While creating an invoice, the user chooses the individual customer but NAV create the entries for the group.

There is no items in the invoices. Invoices contains consulting service fees.

I know if there isnt any standart way I need customization.

What does your customer look like? are they worth groping? \:D/

TO answer you look at Sales & marketing setup > Customer group dimension. This should be your primary key to analysis entries for your customers.

Your customer posting groups will also provide some of the functioanlity related to GL posting setup you are looking for
