Since we have stored the customer phone number in the customer card, if the customer calls and the caller id matches the phone number of our customer card, the customer info will automatically pops up.
The called id functions as the search engine.
Is there any way to accomplish this? Appreciate it!
Plenty of questions would have to be answered first. This isn't that different from clicking the phone button on a customer card and dialing the number on the phone.
What kind of phone system do you have? Can it be hooked up to Navision?
I would suggest searching the forum posts and getting in contact with your partner and phone system manufacturer.
