Style Sheet and HTML Statements Problem

Hi Guys,
I have 2 queries regarding Nav 5.0 SP1
1) How to you automatically set the options in the statements request form so that when u run it as HTML for email purposes it does not keep telling the user to select the options eg automatically setting the "Print All With Balance" option.
2) How do I change the logo on the stylesheets from Cronus to company X. I have tried following all the procedures in manual to no avail. I have also searched in Mibuso forums but the solution I saw that is not in the manual is short term because if the image is moved from the set location on the local drive then we are back to square one.
Please help.
