Is there anyway to delete the application objects?

Hello All,

I got converting my Database by mistake from 5.0 to 2009 SP1.

The only impact that this created for me is that I am not able to do a full back up to my native database, I am not able to do a back up for my appliction objects only.

I think if there is a way to delete these tables from my object designer my problem will be solved. here are the tables ID : 2000000069..2000000080.
My question here is there anyway to delete these tables , the developer license didn't help me.

Any feedback is appreciated.
