Locking a default view for Navigation Pane and Forms

We are trying to create a default views of the Navigation Pane and Forms for a specific group of users. It would be best if each group had its own default view. (EG: Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse, etc.) We need the default view to be locked so that the user cannot edit the view of the Navigation Pane and Form.
Question:
Is this functionality available in Navision? If so, do you need a developer license?
If you do not need a Navision license, how do you make this happen?

You can designer different Navigation Panes and assign them to different users, using the Navigation Pane Designer. I don't think this requires a special part of your license. I don't know of a way to group them, natively I don't think it is possible. So for 20 users that isn't bad. If you've got 200, that's a task.

And as far as locking those views down I don't believe this can be done without a developers license. Any changes made will only effect the view of that user though, it won't change what any other user can see.
