In some cases a third party may levy certain charges directly in another invoice although forming part of the original invoice. A typical example of this could be transportation charges that are charged by a third vendor carrying the goods. In such a case those charges are payable to a third party, say transportation charges, hence such Third Party (Vendor) can be specified in the Order itself, for automatic generation and postings of such third party invoices.
Be careful in using the same as third party invoice does not handle taxes i.e. service tax including GTA and TDS.
