Don't let to click the drop-down from a report

Dear sirs, I'd like to know if it's possible; in a report, I want the user only can filter by the fields I've defined in Reqfilterfields from dataitem, and, if want to click the drop-down to put another field doesn't let do it. It's possible?

I think your only chances are:

a) Check if a different field is filtered and through an error.
b) Add fields to the request option form to filter and hide the data item filter section.
