Error while installing Business Notification in NAV

Hi all,

I tried to install the business notification in my PC.In the third step, it prompted me to select the options 1.localhost and another option 2.Another server.i selected the option localhost because i am using my pc as the server.when i clicked next after selecting the localhost option , it is showing me a error "Login not found on the selected sql server".
But with the same account i can able to login to my sql db.
what may be the reason for this error?

This is an urgent issue.

if anybody know the reason, please tell me what steps i need to follow to correct it.
