Development Exam for Navision

Hi All.
I am prepearing to give Development EXAM for Navision and i notice that "Solution Development.PDF" which i have to read for this EXAM , from Chapter10 until Chapter17 having some Exercises and always need some FOB files or some Sceleton files which say that exist in "Class CD". I don't have this CD and i don't know where i can found it. So i can not make these exercises and be more familiar with navision advance programming.
Does anybody Have it or can tell me how i can found it ?
