Dear Colleagues,
One of my customers has a problem where he is unable to modify the Sales Invoice Report using his customer license. When trying the modify this report, it throws an error message saying "No permission to modify Interaction Table"
As we know very clearly reports such as Sales invoice Report can be modified even with the customer license. (eg. 206-Sales - Invoice).
In this case, still we can modify any Cronus fresh copy of invoice report using this particular customer license, but the exiting modified report is not allowed make any changes using the customer license. Can anybody suggest some solution for this?
Thank you in advance

By the way, can anybody explain the purpose of Interaction Table in the database, in my view we are not suppose to store any transaction data on it.
Thank you,

Your license must not have granule 5160 in it if you are getting this error. By default the log interaction box is ticked usually in cronus if you untick this option
you should not have this issue.
The interactions log sales and other information against a contact so markteting people can use this information for marketing stuff.
have you tried to view the interaction tables to see if there is any information in it or if you get the same message in which case it is the license and how you are using the report.
Saving is a license issue.
Running is a report parameter / data issue (most likely).
If you don't have granule 5160 in the license then table 5122 (Interaction Template Setup) must NOT contain any data, check with File - Database - Information, button Tables

Thank you very much for your valuable thoughts. Those are really helpful.
This error message comes up when we try to modify the report only. In other words, error message does not pop up at the running time. Therefore, according to your explanations, this is something to do with the licensing.
Thank you all once again.
Kind Regards,
