Journal Vocher Posting problem

I m using NAV 4.0 SP3 in SQL from last 4 years.Today I have cretead 1 field ("Service Tax Group Code" with table relation "Service tax Entries")in General Ledger Entry Table (ID 17) I havent flow this field anywhere, but I have created one report which will modify the GL Entries by comparing Document No. of Service tax entry with GL Entry (Document No.).Whenever I(Super rights) m posting any vouchers it is not showing me an error but when any other user is posting any voucher then he/she is getting following error:

The Following SQL Server error occured while accessing the G/L Entry table:
515,"23000",[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Cannot insert the value NULL into colunm 'Service Tax Group Code',table 'AryansqlDB.dbo.ARYAN COAL - DELHI$G_L Entry';colunm does not allow nulls.Insert fails.
