Job scheduler with NAS

Hi 
,
I need to make a job scheduler with NAS.
I use Navision v3.60.
An xml config file (config.xml) contains all my jobs and their configurations.
So, I use timer automation variables to run a job in a specific time.
The problem is: I wand to create these timer variables dynamically, according to the job configuration set in config.xml.
Does someone know, how to create (or declare) a variable in the C/AL code, without using the Navision frame item?
Any idea to do that?
