Incorrect display of a font at connection to ADCS

It is developed ADCS. I am connected to it through HyperTerminal. Connection occurs, but instead of Russian letters are displayed unknow symbols. Change of font HyperTerminal does not help, use of other emulator (putty with various combinations of fonts and codings.) too does not solve the given problem. In regional options of a server where are established a server and NAS and VT100 there is a Russian everywhere where probably. Access to SQLServer, NAS and VT100 on windows authorisations. Errors at connection does not arise.
