Mobile Sales Synchronization Problem

Hi,
I am receiving the following error when I try and synchronize Mobile Sales from my mobile device, as far I can tell evrything has been setup properly. Help please, I have spent a week trying to figure this out.
ERR:Initialize failed for DistributorSessionID = 0
The merge process could not connect to the message file from Subscriber '{A43F76DF-60FA-EC2D-4697-F7A9EF2F94C9}:C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\repldata\sqlagentcompact\35.D9F8D68EDF76_4A076921-3244-0855-64C4-DA34B1D80665.IN'. Check to ensure that the server is running. -2147198719
The subscription to publication 'pubMobile-Staging' could not be verified. Ensure that all Merge Agent command line parameters are specified correctly and that the subscription is correctly configured. If the Publisher no longer has information about this subscription, drop and recreate the subscription. -2147201019
I get the second one on my device the rest I took from my SQL Compact log file.
