Hi,
How can I check if the system is setup to do outlook integration with CRM? I dont see anything concerning outlokk integration in the menu.
What are the granules do I need to check?

Thanks matttrax. They have the granule.
Hpwever they are unable to select the contacts folder from a salesperson card. This is the message " Invalid assignment. It is not possible to assign a IBSTRConverter to a."
Any help will be appreciated.
