Ax32.exe crashes

hi all

im having problems with my axapta 3.0 sp4 in my citrix/ts windows2003 R2 enviorment.

im getting the following event 1000:
Faulting application ax32.exe, version 3.0.1951.4060, stamp 41dbb317, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000.

and:

Bucket 171287609, bucket table 1, faulting application ax32.exe, version 3.0.1951.4060, stamp 41dbb317, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000.

Does anyone know what I have do in order to get rid of this error/ application crash

please help
