Purchase order invoice posting problem

Hi everyone,
I got a problem while posting Purchase order invoice.
The ax application is getting strucked when inoive posting is made(single invoice posting or a batch posting).
When the same company is duplicated, the invocies are getting posted in the duplicate company.
I tried to debug it , it is getting strucked at
WINAPI class, method - GetTickCount.
