Bill of Material / Items / Routing Audit Trial

We are looking into giving more users access to making changes to our Bills of Material and Items and Routings; however, in order to do so, we would need to have any changes made recorded, datetime, how did it. Is this functionality already there, either natively, or Third Party. All ready looking at a custom solution, but seems like something everyone would want, so should be already there. No since re-inventing the wheel.

The Prod BOMs and Kitting BOMS already have a versioning table and function. The change log would also show any changes that you have specified to be searched for.

Your requirements may want to be added to what is already there.
