Put away problem

Hi,

I'm using Navision 3.7. I have a problem...

When I post a receipt, a put-away is created. The problem is that sometimes, one or some items in the receipt that i've posted are not in the put-away document? Exemple: I post a receipt of three items and in the put-away, created by the action of posting the receipt, there are only two items?

What could make that a item posted in a posted in a receipt doesn't appear in the put-away created?

Does someone have any idea? Is there a items parameter that allow or prevent an item to be put-away?

I would really appreciate help on that problem!
