How can i setup the system ( Exchange and NAV) to make sure that outlook will work properly? Please help me step by step as i am not familiar with that.
Ps: Exchange server will be use also.
In fact, my client wants to use all the CRM functionalities : segments, to do's, apportunities; etc... So he wants to be able to send and/or receive email in NAV; See contacts in NAV and/or in Outook etc....
Actually they use NAV since 3 years now and they want to integrate the CRM . What do I need to check??

Are you looking to use the outlook integration client or just sending segments etc & other CRM functionality
