Supplier transaction import with cash discounts

I am trying to import supplier transactions via standard definition groups and not having much joy as the transactions have early settlement discounts available. It looks like this information is held in a separate table VendTransCashDisc, which ties back to the LedgerJournalTrans by a ref rec id.
Has anybody encountered this before? What was the solution?
Would Atlas xl handle this?
