    Thanks kapil!

Here, another doubt is in Production Journal, the Runtime is specified as the machine's running time to produce 1 KG (std unit of measure of finished good item ) of finished good. Right? Or time to produce whole output quantity?

you are entering the time to produce the whole output quantity.

Based on this capacity time & direct unit cost , system will load that amount on item cost.

oh users are entering run time for producing 1 Kg of FG in production order routing as well as production journal. now they are entering back log entries and after posting the production journal, they are changing the status to finished. so so many such finished orders are there. can i change the status back to Released (using code) and post the adjustment entries using output journal for the machine times?

If possible try to create a new post with new topic for additional query u have from forum. Mark the solved ones as solved, it becomes easy to search for users looking for same question.
