Share Point User Name

When users creat a Sales Order / Purchase Order from employee portal the userid filed is updated as Administrator , how can we get to store the share point user id / windows id when records are created through employee portal.

When we run a report from employee portal the userid printed on the report is Administrator. Where as it should be the sharepoint user id.

I tried, but it shown my right user id. The report does not show User account of SharePoint
