Change FileName on print to pdf

Hi,

when I print a report from Navision and the printer selection box appears, is there a way to have the FileName default to the Document No. instead of the report name. I tried to check if I could change the report caption but did not find it.

P.S. I did see the freeware for pdf printouts but the users are all using different pdf softwares... so that does not work.

There is no way to change this by default. You'll need to implement a standard at you workplace for the software you want to use and follow the code examples for printing to PDF on the forums. PDFCreator is free and is probably your best choice.
