Is it possible to define different Help files for one form?

Is it possible to open different help file (other then the one attached to the form) when hitting F1?
For exp: I add a field to Customer form and want to open a help file different from Customer form help. I indicate it in HTMLHelpFile and HTMLHelpTopic fields (sure that it exists in .chm file). But still the help for Customer form is opening.
I tried to fill these fields also for Groups, but still the same result.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
