Search the forum. Should be plenty of posts on this topic. I think there's a program called Robo Help. There's also something on PartnerSource to download if I'm not mistaken. Anything that can compile into a Windows compatible help file will work.
The link that 'kapamarou' points to is probably your best bet. There are tools and macros in there to make it quite easy to create topics based on your new objects. And also the tools to help you compile a .chm file.
The last step is to add your new chm file to the master project (otherwise, NAV will not know what to when a user presses F1 in your new forms).
There are place holders in the master chm file to add your chm...and as long as you have your chm and the master chm in the same language folder, all should work fine.
