Charge Item in case of Job works

Hi All,
I found an error when calculating Item Charge assignment with type Charge Item in Purchase Quote line. Here I am selecting a job in Job No. field and after that I run the funtion Item Charge Assignment from Line button. But the Item Charge Assignment window is coming inactive.
But when i am running the Item Charge Assignment function before selecting the job no., then Item Charge Assignment is working.

Why is this difference?

Because it is not allowed by NAV to have Item Charges on Item if Job No. is present on Purchase Line.

In CU 90 in ItemChargePerOrder u have this PurchLine.TESTFIELD("Job No.",'');
