If you forgot all passwords and there is no Windows login defined in the db, it is much better to restore some backup. There is no way how to log into the database. Only Microsoft could help you but I do not know if it will be for free..

Yes, it was the possibility of entering 20x ? into user name etc. but this is not available anymore. But there are tools for RAW access into the fdb data and thus I assume that there is way how to add/change user data in the db. But it is not for free...
