How to create an interaction with 1 push button

I would like to create an interaction with 1 push button.
- Open new attachment ( a memo for a tel call)
- write down the notes
- close, save ready
I can not see how this works with create interaction let alone how to make this simpler.

Yes but you would need to give more details of what you want to do - what you are describing the the assist edit code in the Interaction Templates form.

I want to make an interaction log entry (in the table) and a record in the table attachment. I see that this is what has to be done. I want to open a specific interaction template (as far as I know you have to save this as a new attachment in as well intercation log entry and attachment) and then open this new created attachment in a word application. Write the things down and close and save.

Using the interaction log entry form is too many mouse clicks. Somebody else has changed this procedure already to make it much easier, but I can not figure out how you can create a new attachment and save that as a new attachment with 1 push button.

All the code you need should be on or linked to the Create Interaction wizard. Have a look at the Assist Edit trigger of the form mentioned - this calls the functions in the Interaction Tmpl. Language (Table 5103) to create/open attachments and also to Import/Export attachments
