Stylesheets/Mail Merge Issue

my client's request is to have the functionality to export customers' information to a letter (in MS Word). I am trying to export to Word using stylesheets. I do not want to export the list using multiline functionality since my client's request is to have one letter for each customer (i.e. if the letter consists of 1 page, if i have 10 customers i should have 10 pages).
My problem is that whenever i try to export the whole batch only 1 record is exported.Any ideas ?
