Assigning Menus

I want the user XXX to see menu's like A, B, C when he satisfy some condition and want the same user to see only menu A while satisfy some other condition...How to approach this and what to be done...
All help is greatly appreciated

Are you completely sure that it is impossible to change menusuite visibility on opening of the form?
