Work Centres / Machine Centres

Hi,
I'm looking to setup manufacturing for relatively small operation of 3 injection moulding machines. The NAV license I have does not currently have the 'Machine Centres' granule. I was just wondering if I would need this, or can I just use Work Centres? How does the behaviour of Machine Centres differ to Work Centres?
