Consolidation problem for report cretion.

i have database which contains mlutiple companies..
Now i want to generate a report for consolidating company..
how it can be done? is there any functionality for this kind of report..??

suppose m working on one company..nd running one report of it..
now i want to run a report of another company without..opening tht company..
How can i do tht?

Navision has built in consolidation functionality.

But if you just need a report look at the CHANGECOMPANY command. You'll find in C/AL Help from the Navision client and can find multiple posts here on the forums about how it works.

It is. You still need to look at the CHANGECOMPANY command. There is a company table you can select the value from.

You should be careful, though. It's very easy for users to get confused, being in one company, and retrieving information from a completely different company. It doesn't take very long to switch.
