Does anyone know if there is a possibillity to maintain Contracts with Vendors analog doe Customers in the Service Module?

Can you be more specific please?
I mean simular (analoog/idem)
We are searching of there is a standard Modul in Navision for mainaining Vendor contracts and post P-Invoices on that Contract .
Example Internet connections, Leasing etc.
