Email Tracking

I am a Legal Firm who is tracking emails through CRM 4. I would like my client to view all emails that have been sent and recieved between the Law Firm and the Client. The Client would login through the internet to CRM. Limited access only should be given. How can we track the emails and limit access only to allow viewing of emails.
