Are you selling actual gift cards? Like the ones that store the dollar amount on the magnetic stripe on the back? Those are just normal items. You'll need to scan them when they come in to see how much they have remaining on them
Or do you just want to sell a credit to someones account? You can do a credit memo for that.
If you actually want to keep track of balances in Navision I guess you could create a GIFTCARD customer and post journal entries with the document number = gift card number, but that could get really confusing down the road.

I guess i did not ask correctly,
I meant that infostore has a task called "gift card" how do i use it ? Can i use it to preasign a specific amount so a customer pay with it ?
