Problem with export to Excel

Hi,
after restart of Citrix Server (Win 2008, NAV 5.0) some of my coleagues get this error message trying to export data from NAV to Excel:



Is it because of security issues or maybe missing library, or something else? Before restart of Citrix it worked nice.
What can I also check?

    Problem is only on one machine. On other machines in their network works fine.

    as the error informs you - it seems that there is no enough memory or disk space... may be some limit on citrix for the machine etc...

    Try to do a logoff on the citrix server - you probably have a lot of open excel sheets which the user is unaware of.

    Use the citrix icon to do a manual logoff from the client machine - hope that makes sense :)
